• COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS An exclusive 20-year renewable term contract following the completion of your rollout plan and agreement of the conditions.

• TERRITORY FEE (estimate only) $50-100K (subject to the number of stores, formats and size of territory)

• ENTRY FEES: $ZERO PER COMPTOIR EXPRESS

• MARKETING FEES 3% Recommended amount within the territory for brand building, advertising and LSM
